How it grew
From one distiller outward
- 1981
It started with a water distiller
John Bevell bought a steam distiller for his wife and began sharing the technology with friends and neighbors. That is the year the company counts as its founding.
- The 1980s on
A distiller business, and a seat at the table
The distiller work grew to serve more than 800 customers over the following two decades. John was active in the Arizona Water Quality Association, served on its board, and shared what he knew about distillation with other members.
- Since then
Licensed for both trades
The company expanded into licensed plumbing and into heating and cooling, holding Arizona ROC #260511 (CR-77) for plumbing and ROC #341937 (CR-39) for air conditioning. Water treatment was never bolted on afterward; the rest grew out from it.
- Today
Whole-property, from North Mesa
Run out of 3932 E Presidio St, Mesa, AZ 85215, the company covers plumbing, heating and cooling, and water treatment across its published East Valley service area. Offering all three under one name can simplify the first call when the source of a symptom is not obvious.
The standards you can check

Good company language is specific enough to verify. Open any claim to see exactly how you would check it, and where an honest caveat belongs.
Stated in the company's own published history. John Bevell started it that year with a single water distiller.
People in the company's history
Named roles, not a padded roster
Richard A. Randall, PE
Public relations and permitting, since 2011
Handles permitting, safety and the technical side of more demanding plumbing assignments. As a registered Professional Engineer, he can assist when a permit application requires a PE stamp.
Robbin Dillon
Chief Financial Officer, since October 2013
Responsible for accounting, billing, invoicing and the documentation that commercial clients need. These are the roles the company's own history establishes, and the page claims no larger roster than that.

What helps us help you faster
Bring the service address, the affected fixture or equipment, when the issue began, and any safe steps you have already taken. The website can pass along a request, but it does not display live appointment availability or provide an instant online estimate. For anything urgent, calling is the direct route.
For uncontrolled water, close a safe, accessible shutoff if you can. For suspected gas or carbon monoxide, leave the area and contact emergency services or the utility from a safe location.
