Workmanship & Warranty
JB Water & Air provides a 2-Year Workmanship Guarantee. JB warrants its own labor on plumbing, heating, cooling, and water-treatment work it performs for two years, and returns to make failed work right at no cost. The guarantee excludes normal wear, manufacturer defects, and damage from outside causes. How it applies to a particular job depends on the scope recorded in the job documents, so keep them. Manufacturer, distributor, and product warranties are separate and may require registration, maintenance, documentation, or other conditions.
Nothing on this page expands a written warranty or creates coverage for normal wear, unrelated failures, existing conditions, misuse, outside work, product defects, or any other circumstance unless the applicable project document says so.
